Shipment will be made as soon as one or two days after payment confirmation, upon which a tracking code will be issued to the order. Using this tracking code your package can be traced all the way until it reaches you.

Delivery of the items usually takes between 5 to 10 working days, but delays have happened in long distance deliveries to countries such as Canada or Australia.

Damaged items will be completely refunded, or re-sent, depending on the situation, upon proof of damage during their transportation.
